By accessing or using RecruPal and the FirstTouch product at recrupal.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paying subscribers.
The Service is operated by Inboxx Digital, LLC dba RecruPal, 21168 E Ocotillo Rd #1221, Queen Creek, AZ 85142.
RecruPal provides AI-assisted recruiting outreach content generation. Users submit a search brief and candidate list, and RecruPal generates a personalized outreach package including messages, follow-up sequences, post-call templates, candidate submission emails, and a job description. All content is generated for use by the subscribing recruiter and their firm.
New users receive one free search with no credit card required. The free search includes the full FirstTouch deliverable package. After the free search, continued use requires a paid subscription. RecruPal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offering at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize RecruPal to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
RecruPal reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use RecruPal only for lawful recruiting and outreach purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of the content you submit through our intake forms and the outreach packages we generate for you. By submitting content, you grant RecruPal a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any candidate information you provide, and that your use of the generated outreach content complies with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and relevant employment regulations in your jurisdiction.
RecruPal commits to delivering completed outreach packages within 24 hours for Starter and Growth subscribers. Agency and Enterprise subscribers who submit briefs by noon PST will receive same-day delivery. In the event of a delivery failure on our part, we will credit your account for the affected search. This credit is the sole remedy for delivery delays.
RecruPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated outreach content will result in candidate responses, interviews, or placements. The effectiveness of outreach messaging depends on many factors outside our control. You use the Service and its outputs at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruPal's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
